We loved the house. It was spacious and clean. There were extra amenities such as a beach towels, ice machine both in the house and garage, cart to take the chairs to the beach, the vehicle to drive around the area (we didn't use it but it was nice to have it available).The pool and hottub were clean and filled with plenty of water. There was a problem with the hottub jets, however, the hottub heated up nicely and we enjoyed it the entire time.The place had 3 washers and dryers which was nice for the number of people in the house and needing to wash bathing suites and towels regularly. Checkin was simple. The property owner was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with any issues (which there wasn't any regarding the property)Checkout was made easy just had to make sure the place was locked. We would definitely rent this property again. Nice location right across from the beach with easy access. Plenty of eating places if you don’t want to cook. Small shops were close to pick up souvenirs. Kudos to Brady and his group for making this an enjoyable vacation. Ronda

We had a blast! The house was better than expected. We had 20 people and everyone had a place to sleep. Big shout out to the owner for helping with all accommodations needed.

Check-in was at 4, but the cleaning crew was still there when we arrived and the property wasn’t ready until around 4:30. Trash was left under couches and beds, and the pool was not cleaned after the previous guests. By day 2 the pool was green and wasn’t cleaned until late on day 3. Overall, it’s a very nice home—very spacious and updated.
