This exclusive booking includes the entire property. Banyan House (Main Home) This spacious and elegant home is split into two levels, offering flexibility and privacy. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a large sofa and a 50-inch TV. Downstairs: 2 expansive king master suites with en-suite bathrooms, a large chef’s kitchen, and an additional dining space. Banyan Cottages (Guesthouses) Two creatively designed, eclectic cottages provide additional private space. Artist’s Way & Hello Dali: Each unit has 2 cozy queen bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open kitchen-living area. The 'Hello Dali' cottage is inspired by St. Pete’s famous museum, immersing you in surrealist vibes with bold colors. Amenities & Features: Charming front porch for morning coffee. Spacious outdoor deck for BBQs. Dedicated workspace for remote work. Family-friendly amenities including a crib and children's dinnerware. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property, which includes all four distinct units: the main Banyan House and the two Banyan Cottages. Florida Environment: Please be aware that encountering pests like mosquitoes and lizards is a natural part of the Florida environment, especially in summer. Our properties are professionally serviced monthly to ensure your comfort. Seeing a dead bug is a sign the pest control is working. We take great pride in our high standards of cleanliness. Security: For your safety and to ensure compliance with house rules, security cameras are located in the exterior common areas of the property. Unauthorized pets will incur additional fees or fines.
