Guests may wish to purchase additional supplies for longer stays. A signed rental agreement is required and must be completed at least 72 hours prior to arrival to secure your reservation. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the duration of the stay. Pool heating is available October 1 through May 1 for an additional $30 per day. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. This home is equipped with a pool alarm in accordance with Florida safety regulations. Please do not tamper with the pool alarm, exterior safety devices, Wi-Fi equipment, or pool systems. Parties, weddings, and events must be pre-approved in writing prior to arrival.
