House Rules & Rental Policy - Welcome! We’re glad you’re here and hope you have a relaxing stay. Please take a moment to review the house rules to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. Check-In & Check-Out - Codes for door locks will be sent before check-in time and doors will lock at closing time Guests & Occupancy - Primary guest must be 25 or older and stay the entire reservation. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight No Pets - Pets are not allowed No Smoking This is a non-smoking property - Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the unit or on balconies/porches No illegal substances No Parties or Events - Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 Cleanliness & Care - Please treat the home with care as if it were your own No towels or clothing hanging on the balcony. (complex rules) Please keep sand outside. Rinse off using the outdoor shower and shake beach items off before entering Keep doors and windows closed as the humidity can cause problems quickly Report any damage or issues promptly Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fees Parking - Please park only in designated areas Do not block driveways or other units Safety - Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay Please lock doors and windows when leaving the property Maintenance - If something isn’t working, let us know—we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible We may need to access the property for urgent maintenance if necessary Agreement - By completing your booking, you agree to follow these house rules. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or termination of your stay without refund.
