The space
Welcome to your charming home-away-from-home in Historic Uptown! This beautifully renovated historic gem offers the unique flexibility of two complete apartments, making it perfect for large families or groups traveling together. Enjoy the bright, airy feel created by large windows, warm wooden floors, and plenty of natural light throughout.
This magnificent home is composed of two separate, private units:
Upstairs Apartment (3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms)
Relax in the cozy family room, featuring a large sofa and a 50-inch TV.
Gather in the dining room that seats 6, perfect for shared meals or game nights.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain.
The split master suite includes a shower-tub combo and an adjoining nursery room complete with a crib, changing table, and nursing recliner.
Two additional comfortable bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a large, modern walk-in shower.
Downstairs Apartment (2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms)
Unwind in the relaxing family room, which includes a large sleeper sofa.
Enjoy meals in the dining room for 6, which overlooks the front patio.
A second fully stocked kitchen is available for all your culinary needs.
This unit features two master suites, each appointed with a king bed.
Indulge in the luxurious bathrooms, one with a vintage clawfoot soaker tub and the other with a double shower featuring soaker jets.

Relax on the welcoming front porch.
Enjoy the Florida weather on the spacious garden deck, which is ideal for BBQs and al fresco dining with family and friends.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home. This includes both the upstairs and downstairs apartments, as well as the front porch and the spacious garden deck, however the backyard is shared with guest from the Banyan Cottage.

Florida's Environment: Welcome to sunny Florida! Please note that encountering pests like mosquitoes, bugs, and lizards is a common and natural part of the local environment, especially in summer. This is not a cause for concern and does not constitute a reason for a refund. All of our properties are serviced monthly by professional pest control to ensure your comfort. Seeing a dead bug is often a sign the treatment is working effectively!
Security: For your safety and to ensure compliance with house rules, security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property. Any violation of the pet policy or unregistered pets may result in additional fees or the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, including your neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep the following guidelines in mind:
--> Respect for Other Guests and the Property: Our apartment is part of a multifamily building, so it's important to be mindful of other guests. Please ensure your pet does not cause excessive noise, particularly late at night or early in the morning. Remember, some neighbors may have allergies, could be afraid of dogs, or have small children.
--> Clean Up After Your Pet: Please use the designated pet relief areas and clean up after your pet. If any pet waste is left unattended, additional cleaning fees will apply.
- Lint Rollers and Pet Hair: If your pet sheds, we recommend bringing a lint roller to manage pet hair, especially if your pet will be on the furniture. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if there is excessive pet hair found on furniture or bedding.
--> Leash and Control: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the apartment. This is to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests and their pets.
--> Noise and Behavior: We ask that you prevent your pet from barking excessively or displaying aggressive behavior. If we receive complaints about noise or aggression, we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund.
--> Monitoring and Compliance: Please be aware that we have outdoor cameras in place for security and compliance. If any of the pet rules are broken or If there are pets not listed on the reservation, additional fees or fines may be imposed, and we reserve the right to cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund.
