The Space

Downtime Laguna Sunrise is a home built around experiences. The kind that unfold slowly. The kind that stay with you long after your suitcases are unpacked. Here in Laguna Beach, in one of the quietest and most charming pockets of Panama City Beach, the days start with soft light over the Gulf and end with the glow of the firepit beneath a sky full of stars. The beach sits only one house away which gives your group the rare luxury of being steps from the shoreline while still enjoying the privacy of a grand coastal home.

Inside, the home opens with warmth and elegance. The first floor sets the tone with a bright kitchen designed for shared meals and slow mornings, where sunlight spills across the counters and gatherings begin naturally. Music floats through the Sonos system as friends and family settle into the living room, laugh at the dining table, and move through the space with ease. A wet bar makes hosting feel effortless. A serene king suite offers rest and privacy, and the half bath and garage access add thoughtful convenience.

On the second floor, comfort becomes the theme. Four king suites line this level, each one crafted as its own retreat. Step onto the balconies and you can feel the coastal breeze from Laguna Beach moving gently across the dunes. Partial Gulf views remind you how close you are to the shoreline of Panama City Beach. Two washer and dryer sets sit nearby, making life simpler for long or large group stays.

The third floor is where memories are made. A cozy lounge becomes the heart of late night conversations and early morning coffee. Two queen pull out sofas offer added gathering and sleeping space. The balcony extends the room outward with peaceful coastal views. The wet bar, complete with icemaker and wine fridge, invites you to unwind. Two bunk rooms bring a sense of fun and adventure for kids and teens, perfectly rounding out a home meant for multigenerational travel.

Outside, Downtime Laguna Sunrise transforms into a private resort. The saltwater pool glistens in the sunlight, inviting hours of floating, reading, and relaxing. The outdoor kitchen fills the air with the aroma of grilled meals after long beach days. As evening comes, the firepit becomes the heart of the night with stories, music, and the soft rhythm of Panama City Beach in the distance. With a golf cart, bikes, and beach chairs included, exploring Laguna Beach and the surrounding coastline is effortless.
